84 g unsalted butter (melted and cooled to room temp)
120 g sour cream (or coconut cream + 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar)
3 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
3/4 cup powdered sweetener
1 1/2-2 tablespoons lemon juice (as needed)
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
