Ingredients

12 lb. Tomatoes (24 lg. sized)
1 C. Carrots, chopped
1 C. Celery, chopped
1 C. Onions, chopped
4 tsp. Salt
4 Tbsp. Lemon juice
2 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
Dash of hot pepper seasonin

Step-By-Step

1Bring all ingredients to a boil. Lower the heat and cook 25 minutes. Press through strainer. Ladle into quart jars. Process 5 minutes per quart in hot water bath.
