1 cup light brown sugar, lightly packed
•
1 teaspoon baking soda
•
3/4 teaspoon salt
•
7 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into cubes then chilled in the freezer
•
1/3 cup honey
•
5 tablespoons whole milk
•
2 tablespoons pure vanilla extract
•
Topping:
•
1/4 cup granulated sugar
•
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
