Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 bag hash brown thawed
1 t. Salt
1 t. Pepper
1 can cream of mushroom or
Cream of chicken soup
8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar
Cheese
1 cup of sour cream
1/2 cup grated onion
Can of French Fried Onions

Directions Step-By-Step

Melt butter and pour half over bottom of 9 X 13 inch pan. Mix all ingredients together and put in pan. Sprinkle French Fried Onions over the top. Pour the rest of the butter over onions.

Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 15 mins.
