"Used 6-quart slow cooker Oooey, Gooey, Green and.... YUMMY! These Halloween recipes are sure to be a hit when served at a party or with your family! Sandwiches, chips and dip, punch, and some candy apples... all with a festive twist! Hope you enjoy these fun ideas! HAPPY HALLOWEEN! Creepy Crawly Sandwiches: Take 1 package hot dogs, cut length wise in half and then in half again Take 1-2 cans Manwich, 1 medium onion sliced, 1 bell pepper sliced, and the sliced hot dogs and combine all ingredients in the crock. Cook on high for 2-3 hours until heated through, and then turn to warm. Serve on hamburger buns. Goblin Dip: Take 1-2 cans rotel, 1 full block of velveeta cheese, 1 can cream of chicken soup, and combine all ingredients in the crock. Cook on high for 2-3 hours until heated through, and then turn to warm. Use corn chips for dipping! Graveyard Goodies: You'll need6-8 apples of your choice, any chocolate for dipping Caramel for dipping, Pretzel nuggets, and Marshmallows of your choice Here are some suggestions for extra garnish! Be Creative! Sprinkles, Candies, Cookies, and crushed or chopped nuts *Hint, it's nice to do this with more than 1 slow cooker. (We used three, 2 quart slow cookers) Directions: Preheat crock on high for about 30 minutes. Add chocolate and turn to low to prevent scorching. Do not cover. Stir frequently, until chocolate is melted. When melted, turn to warm. Repeat steps with the caramel, but add 2 Tbs. of water. Arrange sliced apples, pretzels, and marshmallows on a platter. Drizzle with melted chocolate and caramel. Garnish with sprinkles, candies, and nuts. YUM, YUM! Witches Brew: You'll need 1 tub lime sherbert 2 liters gingerale, sprite, or 7-up gummy worms for garnish Now just empty the sherbert into a punch bowl and pour liquid on top!
