Ingredients

1/2 C Minced parsley
1/3 C Minced watercress
2 Tbs Minced chives
1 Tbs Minced fresh dill
1 1/4 C Mayonnaise
1 tsp Lemon juice
1/4 tsp Salt
2 to 3 Drops liquid hot red pepper seasoning

Step-By-Step

1Mix all ingredients well , cover and chill several hours. Serve with cold boiled shellfish (especially lobster) or use to dress fish or vegetable salads
