"Pumpkin French Toast Casserole recipe is a mix of French toast, pumpkin pie, and coffee cake.  This is the perfect fall breakfast or brunch. Great for Thanksgiving, Christmas, or weekend mornings...."

INGREDIENTS
16 ounces bread (cut into cubes)
2 cups heavy cream
15 -ounces pumpkin puree (I like this brand)
1 and ½ cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs (at room temperature)
½ tablespoon vanilla
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice (I use this)
1 cup light brown sugar (packed)
⅓ cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon  salt
1 cup butter ( melted, salted or unsalted your preference)
2 and ½  cup all-purpose flour (I use this)
