INGREDIENTS
8 oz mozzarella
1 tbsp butter
3/4 cup Trim Healthy Mama Baking Blend or 1 cup of my Local Baking Mix (equal parts almond flour, coconut flour, golden flax meal)
1 oz cream cheese
1 egg
1 tbsp Trim Healthy Mama gentle sweet sweetener (or my copycat)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
2 T. butter
2 T. heavy cream
1/4 cup THM gentle sweet sweetener (my copycat version)
1/2 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
1 tsp butter
1/2 cup Trim Healthy Mama gentle sweet sweetener (or my copycat)
2 tsp cinnamon
2 scoops Better Stevia using the included teeny tiny spoon (this comes to 90 mg of pure stevia if you are converting from another brand)
1/2 cup pecans, optional
7 oz cream cheese
2 tbsp melted butter
