INGREDIENTS

1 lb sausage, cooked and in small pieces {I used turkey bratwurst, sausage casing removed prior to cooking}
•
1 medium onion, diced
•
1/2- 3/4 lb fresh green beans, cut into halves or thirds, depending on original length
•
3-4 medium sized russet potatoes, scrubbed and diced
•
1 can- 1 lb mushrooms {or optional! Our kids don't care for mushrooms, so I just add a small can}
•
6 cups water
•
3 beef bouillon cubes {or 3 tsp beef bouillon from a jar}
•
1 TBSP seasoning salt
•
1 tsp dried basil
•
1 tsp Summer Savory seasoning
