Name: German Sausage Soup
Ingredients: 1 lb sausage, cooked and in small pieces {I used turkey bratwurst, sausage casing removed prior to cooking}; 1 medium onion, diced; 1/2- 3/4 lb fresh green beans, cut into halves or thirds, depending on original length; 3-4 medium sized russet potatoes, scrubbed and diced; 1 can- 1 lb mushrooms {or optional! Our kids don't care for mushrooms, so I just add a small can}; 6 cups water; 3 beef bouillon cubes {or 3 tsp beef bouillon from a jar}; 1 TBSP seasoning salt; 1 tsp dried basil; 1 tsp Summer Savory seasoning
