From Scratch Holiday Green Bean Casserole and Mashed Butternut Squash - Instant Pot Recipes

12 oz white button mushrooms (brushed clean)
1 lb frozen French-style cut green beans (thawed)

1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup heavy or light cream
1/4 cup whole milk (do not use low-fat or fat-free)
4 oz Monterey Jack cheese (shredded (1 cup))
1 1/2 cups Water
1 1/2 lbs butternut squash (stemmed, peeled, seeded, and chopped into 1 inch pieces)
1/2 tbsp stick butter (cut into small bits (4 tbsp or 1/4 cup)
1/2 tsp table salt (plus more as needed)
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp grated nutmeg
