Ingredients

1/2 C. sugar
3 Tbs. cornstarch
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. cloves
4 C. cranberry juice
4 peaches or nectarines or 2 of each, sliced
4 plums, pitted, sliced
1 lemon, sliced thin

Step-By-Step

1In a large saucepan mix sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, cloves and cranberry juice. Bring to a boil, stirring; boil 1 minute. Reduce heat. Add peaches, plums and lemon; cover and simmer 10 minutes or until fruit is just tender. Serve hot or well chilled. If desired, garnish with sour cream.
