1/3 C Olive oil
1 Tbs Minced fresh basil
1 tsp Minced fresh mint
1 tsp Minced chives
3 Tbs Red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp Salt
Pinch of salt

Directions Step-By-Step

Place oil in a small bowl, add herbs and let stand at room temperature for at least 1 hour. Mix in remaining ingredients and use to dress salads, tomatoes, or crisp salad greens.
