¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
4 large eggs
½ cup (120 ml) whole milk
½ cup (120 ml) heavy whipping cream
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
⅓ cup (42 grams) all-purpose flour (spooned & leveled)
¼ cup (50 grams) packed light brown sugar
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
tiny pinch of salt
3 tablespoons (45 grams) cold unsalted butter (cubed into pieces)
