INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 teaspoons paprika
½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
2 teaspoons soft butter
1½-1¾ pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
8-12 ounces cremini mushrooms (cleaned and sliced about ¼-inch thick)
½ cup low sodium chicken broth
½ cup dry white wine (I use Sauvignon Blanc but any dry white wine will work.)
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
3 cloves garlic (finely minced)
1 cup low sodium chicken broth
½ cup heavy cream
2 teaspoons finely chopped thyme leaves (plus more for garnish)
