Ingredients

1/2 c
coconut water
1 c
mango (peeled and chopped)
1/4 tsp
ginger (grated, pureed or powder)

Step-By-Step

1Peel and chop mangoes. Grate ginger. Blend together with 1/2 cup coconut water for a refreshing drink. Garnish with mint.

2Notes: Use fresh coconut water from a carton. Add more if you want a thinner smoothie. This refreshing drink is loaded with good electrolytes and other good stuff.
