Ingredients

large sliced ripe banana
1 1/4 c
unsweetened frozen raspberries

envelopes of splenda or 5 teaspoons
1/2 c
low fat milk

Step-By-Step

1Place banana in freezer for 10 minutes or until slightly firm.
2Process all ingredients in a blender untl smooth. stop once to scrape down sides. Serve immediately.
