This is a wonderful refreshing summer quencher that you can enjoy and enjoy and enjoy with no guilt. I keep the ingredients in my cupboard and make a container of it if not every day, then every other day. I drop a lemon slice and a fresh strawberry in it to add flavor and just to make it pretty. If you are dieting or watching your calories, you can still enjoy a cold glass of strawberry lemonade.

Ingredients

1 c
boiling water
1 small
package sugar free strawberry jello
3/4 c
splenda granular (or your no cal sweetener)
6 c
cool water
1 c
lemon juice (bottled for us lazy bones)
1 slice
fresh lemon (optional)
1 medium
fresh strawberry (optional)

Directions Step-By-Step

Add 1 cup boiling water to Splenda and strawberry jello in a large pitcher and stir until jello and Splenda are completely dissolved.

Add 6 cups of cool water and 1 one cup fresh or bottled lemon juice. Stir to mix, add lemon slice and strawberry to glass and fill with crushed ice.

Keep lemonade chilled, and it may become slightly thick from the jello. Just pour over ice and it will thin out. I seldom have any leftover. :)
