To make coffee, fill coffee maker with 6 cups of water and in coffee filter put 16 heaping tbls of the caramel coffee. After coffee makes, let it set for 10mins.
In large pitcher (about 2 Qts.), combine vanilla, sugar and hot coffee and stir until sugar melts. Then add half & half and stir. Then add whipping cream and stir. Can be served over ice or blended in blender with ice to make a frappacino.
