This is a homemade version of "Gatorade" or "Powerade". This type of drink is frequently prescribed by doctors for people who have been having trouble keeping fluids and foods down, as an aide in keeping hydrated. It is also suggested for people running a high temperature, or for sports players to stay hydrated. I will include the link where I got this recipe so you can read about it! I am tickled to get this recipe, will be making it for my family, and thought you might like to as well!!
