Ingredients

1 qt
low fat milk
1 c
cultured commercial buttermilk

Step-By-Step

1Heat one quart of low fat milk until bubbles appear on the side of the pan, but do not boil.
2Add one cup cultured commercial buttermilk and mix well.
3Rest on cabinet overnight and you have beautiful buttermilk the next morning for pancakes, cakes, or drinking.
