1 qt
low fat milk
1 c
cultured commercial buttermilk

Heat one quart of low fat milk until bubbles appear on the side of the pan, but do not boil.

Add one cup cultured commercial buttermilk and mix well.

Rest on cabinet overnight and you have beautiful buttermilk the next morning for pancakes, cakes, or drinking.
