This is to hydrate yourself. It restores all electrolytes. Sodium, potassium, sugar, along with calories needed. Its very light in taste. No additives here. Refrigerate.

Ingredients

BE SURE TO DISSOLVE THE DISSOLVABLE

1/2 c
hot water
1/4 c
sugar
1/4 tsp
salt

ONCE DISSOLVED THEN ADD:

3 1/4 c
cold water
1/4 c
orange juice
