- 1 lg. box
- french vanilla or vanilla instant pudding mix
- 6-8 c
- mixture of milk, half n half, and cream (your choice)
- 1/2 tsp
- 1/4 tsp
- allspice, ground
- 1/4 - 1/2 c
- powdered sugar (your choice)
1In a large bowl, whisk together pudding mix and 2 c. milk until smooth.
2Add powdered sugar and spices, then add the rest of milk/cream, while whisking. Adjust sugar, spices and type of milk according to own preferences.
3Pour into a pitcher, cover, and chill in refrigerator for about 30 min. until slightly thickened. Stir well again, and serve with some extra nutmeg on top of each glassful.
