Ingredients

1 1/2 c
fresh squeezed lemon juice (12 lemons)
6 c
water
1/2 c
sugar
2 can(s)
club soda (24 oz)
1 c
torn fresh mint leaves (extra for garnish if desired)

Step-By-Step

1Place water and sugar in pitcher. Stir until sugar is completely dissolved.
2Add lemon juice, remaining water and mint leaves.
3Chill for one hour.
4Remove the mint leaves and serve over ice. Garnish with a fresh sprig of mint is desired.
