- uncooked rice
- 4 1/2 c
- warm water
- 3/4 c
- 1 tsp
- vanilla extract
1In a large bowl combine rice and water and let soak overnight.
2Pour into a blender and puree till smooth, then strain through a fine mesh sieve. Return the strained liquid to the blender and puree again. Strain through a wet discloth or fine cheese cloth into a pitcher.
3Rinse out the blender to remove any residue, then pour the liquid back into the blender with the vanilla and sugar. Blend on high till sugar is fully disolved.
4Refrigerate till cold, and then serve over ice.
