Easy hot chocolate

I keep chocolate bars in the spice cabinet for this. Everyone can have their own flavor. On weekends, I'll fill a small crockpot with milk on low, so it's always ready to go.

I like Lindt chocolate bars for this - the Cherry Chili, Pepper, and Pomegranate all make for a very special cuppa.)

Ingredients

1 c
half n half or whole milk per person
1 - 3 oz
your favorite chocolate bar (without nuts, etc - unless you like to chew your hot chocolate)

Step-By-Step

1Finely chop chocolate and place in mug.
2Heat half n half in small saucepan over medium high heat til steaming (don't boil it).
3Pour into mugs over chocolate, stir well.
