Place the tea bags, cinnamon, ginger and allspice in a coffee filter of a drip coffemaker. Add water; brew as normal.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the milk, brown sugar and half and half. Cook and stire over medium heat until heated through and sugar is dissolved.
Pour milk mixture into two mugs, stir in tea. Dollop with whipped topping and sprinkle with some fresh grated nutmeg if you like. (Personally I think it's sweet enough with out it)
