- espresso, brewed
- 1/3 c

- crushed ice
- 2 c
- vanilla ice cream
- 1/4 c
- whole milk
1Dissolve the sugar in the espresso,then chill the espresso until cold.
2Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until the ice is very fine and drink is smooth. Pour into 2 16 ounce glasses and serve with straws and whipped cream.
If you want a MOCHA flavored one. reduce the sugar to 1/4 cup and add 1/4 cup of fudge topping before blending.
