Pumpkin Pie Coffee and Pancake Syrup
For this concept I took Kimmi's recipe below and made it into a autumn delight. wonderful for those fall or winter breakfast baskets.

In a sauce pan stir together the water, spice and sugar. Cook until mixture becomes thick and syrupy maybe 15 minutes. Cool and stir in vanilla extract. Fill jar with cooled mixture. Screw on lid and slide in pump dispenser. Serve with your favorite coffee drink.
