Wow, this hot cocoa recipe is extremely decadent. It's rich, creamy, and almost like a thin custard. Packed with chocolate flavor, your family will love this on a cool winter evening. It will definitely warm ya right up!


1 c
low-fat milk
1/3 c
Stevia (sugar substitute)
2 c
chocolate, at least 70% bittersweet, chopped

1In small saucepan over medium heat, stir milk and sugar and bring to a very low boil.

2Reduce heat to low and add chocolate. Continue to cook and stir constantly until chocolate is melted.

Step 3 Direction Photo

3Divide into 4 small or 2 large cups and serve warm. If desired, add whipped cream from a can and enjoy!
