My sister has an awesome cookbook that is all the secret recipes from companies, even candy companies! They have some great stuff, and Bailey's is awesome in coffee!

4 cups

Ingredients

1 c
light cream
1 can(s)
eagle sweetened condensed milk
1 2/3 c
irish whiskey (i prefer jameson)
1 tsp
instant coffee powder
2 Tbsp
hershey's chocolate syrup
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1 tsp
almond extract

Step-By-Step

1Combine all ingredients in a blender set on high speed for 30 seconds
2Bottle in a tightly sealed container and refrigerate. The liqueur will keep for at least 2 months if kept cool. Be sure to shake well before serving.


If you can't find light cream, use half-and-half or whole milk, because heavy cream will separate.
