So named because it has the flavors of a Mounds candy bar. I came up with this one this morning and it is quite tasty if I do say so myself! This holds well in a good Thermos.

Ingredients

9 oz
brewed chocolate almond flavored coffee, fresh brewed (use a brand that delivers good chocolate flavor, i use van houtte belgian chocolate)
1/4 tsp
coconut extract or to taste
1/8 tsp
almond extract or to taste
splenda sugar substitute (to taste)
fat-free evaporated milk (optional)

Directions Step-By-Step

Pour coffee into a 10 oz cup.

Add extracts and as much Splenda as you like and stir well.

Add the fat free evaporated milk if desired.
