Creamy Iced Vanilla Caramel Coffee

- strong brewed coffee (cold or room temperature)
- 1 c
- 1/3 c
- french vanilla non-dairy coffee creamer
- 1/4 c
- caramel ice cream topping (or more to taste)
- 3 c
- crushed ice
- whipped cream (optional)
1Place all ingredients into blender and blend on high until the ice is completely smooth.
2Pour into four glasses and top with a dollop of whipped cream.
