Ingredients

1 c
water
2 tsp
sugar
2 tsp
dark roast coffee, finely ground

Step-By-Step

1In small saucepan, preferable with spout, bring water to a boil over medium heat.

2Add sugar and coffee, stir and return to boil.

3Remove from heat, stir and return to boil again.

4Repeat one more time for a total of 3 stirrings.

5Pour into espresso cups and serve hot.
