Who says that pumpkin is only for the Fall? Why not enjoy it year round just because it tastes so good. Got this a few years back from goodlifeeats.com and it's been a hit with my family and guests.

Ingredients

4 - 5 c
whole milk
1/2 oz
white chocolate, chopped
4 tsp
cocoa powder
3/4 tsp
vanilla extract
1 c
pure pumpkin puree
1 tsp
cinnamon
1/2 tsp
nutmeg
1/4 tsp
cardamom
1/8 tsp
allspice
1/8 tsp
ground ginger

Step-By-Step

1In a heavy saucepan, combine 2 cups of milk, white chocolate, and cocoa powder. Cook over medium heat, whisking periodically, until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is well combined.

2Whisk in the pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, allspice, and ginger. Add the remaining milk, 1 cup at a time, until the desired consistency is reached.

3If desired, serve topped with whipped cream and a sprinkling of nutmeg. Just be sure not to fill the mugs too full before adding the whipped cream, or you might have some overflow.
