I decided to group these recipes together, since they would be used, within a day of each other, or same day. These are signature drinks. Two of them are the official drinks, of the Ky. Oaks or Ky. Derby. Oaks Day is the 1st Friday in May & Derby Day is the 1st Saturday in May.

1 ozgray goose® vodka

1 ozsweet and sour mix

3 ozcranberry juice

1splash triple sec

1each orange wedge and cherry garnish
- THE EARLY TIMES MINT JULEP (OFFICIAL DRINK OF THE KY. DERBY)

2 csugar

2 cwater

silver julep cups or glasses
- THE FROZEN MINT JULEP

4fresh mint leaves

4 ozwoodford reserve bourbon

4 ozsweet and sour mix
How To Make ky. derby day & ky. oaks day cocktails

1GRAY GOOSE® OAKS LILY® - Mix ingredients in a tall glass with crushed ice, add a straw and garnish with an orange wedge and cherry garnish. One serving.

2THE EARLY TIMES MINT JULEP (Start the day before.) - Make a simple syrup by boiling sugar and water together for five minutes. Cool and place in a covered container with six or eight sprigs of fresh mint, then refrigerate overnight. Also, pre-chill glasses. Make one julep at a time by filling a julep cup with crushed ice, adding one tablespoon mint syrup and two ounces of Early Times Kentucky Bourbon. Stir rapidly with a spoon to frost the outside of the cup. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint. Estimate 12 cocktails.

3THE FROZEN MINT JULEP - Blend ingredients with ice, until smooth, and pour into a medium size glass, and garnish with mint. One serving.
