Haven't made these since last summer, but happened to remember them and thought I'd let the rest of you in on this simple, deliciously smooth afternoon pick-me-up. Might as well make a double batch because everyone will want a second.

Ingredients

fresh peaches, peeled and cut up (may also use frozen)

tbsp. fresh lime juice

cup white rum
1/2
cup triple sec or cointreau liqueur

tbsp. honey

cups ice
basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Step-By-Step

1Put 4 glasses in freezer to get cold about 20 minutes or so before serving time. You don't really have to do this, but I did.
2Put everything in blender and blend until frosty and smooth.
