Ingredients
- 1 ounce gin (or cognac)
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- 1/4 ounce simple syrup (or a bar spoon of fine sugar)
- - champagne to fill the glass
How To Make french 75 cocktail

Step 1Shake the lemon juice, sugar and gin (or Cognac) in a shaker full of ice, strain it into a chilled glass, and top it off with chilled Champagne.
