A spiked Italian slushie that's perfect for happy hour or brunch.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups peach sorbet
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen sliced peaches, partially thawed
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 bottle (750ml) prosecco, chilled

How To Make blended bellinis

  • Step 1
    Using blender, puree sorbet, peaches and lemon juice, divide among 6 glasses.
  • Step 2
    Pour 1/2 cup Prosecco into each, stir gently.
