Directions Step-By-Step

Slice watermelon into wedges. Lay in baking dish in a single layer. Pour am shot of tequila over each wedge. Cover dish with foil or plastic wrap. Refrigerate, baste every few hours. Before serving coat edges with course sea salt. Also good frozen after basting for a day.
