Great base for "Bloody Mary" cocktail. You could leave out the vodka and that would be a bloody shame.

Ingredients

1 large
can tomato juice
3/4 c
beef consimme
1/2 tsp
lemon juice, fresh
2 1/2
worcestershire sauce
1 tsp
celery seed
1 tsp
kosher salt
1/2 Tbsp
freshly ground black pepper
1 Tbsp
horseradish

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Makes 1 1/2 quarts.

To mix drinks, fill glass with ice and pour in 1 or more ounces of vodka. Add mix and stir slightly.

Garnish with a wedge of lemon, lime or celery stick.
