1/2 cup coffee ice cream
1 oz. vodka, 2 t.
1 oz. coffee liqueur, 2 t
1/2 oz. creme de cacao, 1 t.
1/2 cup ice cubes
chocolate covered coffee beans, coarsely chopped, optionally

Directions Step-By-Step

In blender, mix ice cream, vodka, coffee liqueur, and crème de cacao. Add ice cubes. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour mixture into 8 espresso cups. If desired, top with coffee beans. Serve at once. Makes 8 one ounce servings.
