1/2 cup coffee ice cream
1 oz. vodka, 2 t.
1 oz. coffee liqueur, 2 t
1/2 oz. creme de cacao, 1 t.
1/2 cup ice cubes
chocolate covered coffee beans, coarsely chopped, optionally


1In blender, mix ice cream, vodka, coffee liqueur, and crème de cacao. Add ice cubes. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour mixture into 8 espresso cups. If desired, top with coffee beans. Serve at once. Makes 8 one ounce servings.
