I wish I had found this recipe for when I put together my cookbook..
"50 Rhubarb Recipes" !!
If you like rhubarb...you may want to try this..before the fresh rhubarb is all gone.
But then there is always frozen.
We are so lucky here in Spokane, WA. and the north west...We are able to enjoy 2 crops a year!!!...

Ingredients

2 c
rhubarb...6-7 stalks..cut up
2 c
sugar.... and 2 cups water
vodka
lime juice
ginger ale

Directions Step-By-Step

Pucker uo to RHUBARB!
For an instant summer time refreshment:
You judge the amount for the ingredients.......
Just boil cleaned and sliced rhubarb with , sugar and water together.
When the mixture is thickened, strain out the chunks.
And mix with vodka, lime juice,and ginger ale.
Instant summertime refreshment.
