coarse sugar
1/4 c

pink grapefruit juice
2 Tbsp

lime juice
2 oz

vodka
1 Tbsp

pomegranate juice
1 Tbsp

simple syrup

seltzer

How To Make pink grapefruit cocktail

Rim a margarita glass with pink grapefruit wedge by running it around the glass; then dip in coarse sugar; set aside.

In a cocktail shaker, fill halfway with ice cubes. Add grapefruit juice, lime juice, vodka, pomegranate juice & simple syrup; shake 30 seconds.

Strain into prepared glass. Top it off with seltzer & stir gently. Garnish with wedge.
