2 cups ice cubes
1 cup each diced frozen pineapple and mango
1 cup pineapple juice
1/3 cup cream of coconut
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon seeded and diced jalapeno
pinch of salt


1puree ice cubes, pineapple, mango, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, lime juice, jalapeno, and salt in a blender until smooth. Serve at once. Makes 4 cups.
