This is named for the Hawaiian volcano that despite its tropical location is occasionally snowcapped, here represented by the float of cream on top of the drink.Here is a devastatingly good after dinner drink to take advantage of a bottle of macadamia liqueur.Source unknown

Ingredients

1 1/2 ounces best quality gold rum
1 ounce macadamia liqueur
1 tablespoon premium chocolate liqueur, such as godiva
1 1/2 tablespoons whipping cream

Directions Step-By-Step

in a short rocks glass three quarters filled with ice, mix the rum and the two liqueur's. Stir to blend. Float the whipping cream on top of the drink and serve at once. Makes one cocktail
