During the holiday season is the only time I make Limoncello. It is a gift for some, and a taste for those that may come to my home during holiday time. JUST 1 SHOT ! To toast " welcome, you are my friend".

Ingredients

YOU WILL NEED A CLEAN 5 GALLON GLASS JAR WITH LID.

24 1/2 oz
bottle of grain acohol (vodka)
7 large
lemons
1 c
sugar
1 c
water

Directions Step-By-Step

Peal just the yellow outer layer if lemon (try not to peal any of the white) this will make drink taste bitter.

Pour vodka in clean glass jar w/lid

Add peal to vodka in jar, SEAL THE LID

Store in DARK COOL place for 2 weeks

After the 2 weeks have past,
in boiler add water and sugar, warm until suger is desolved
let cool

When cool,
add water solution to Vodka jar, stir

RE-Seal 2 more weeks (dark cool place)

After 2 weeks
