- three medium scoops pineapple coconut ice cream, softened
- 2 ounces white or gold rum
- 1/4 cup cold milk
1in a blender, mix the ice cream, rum, and milk. Blend on a low speed until almost smooth, a few loaves of ice cream are pleasant. Pour into a tall glass, preferably a soda fountain type milkshake glass, and serve at once. Makes one drink.
