- 1 bottle polish vodka (750 ml)
- 2 tbsp. whole pink peppercorns,
- 2 tbsp. sugar
1Mix 1/2 cup vodka, peppercorns and sugar in small pan. Bring to boil. Stir until sugar dissolves. Transfer mixture to clean bottle. Add remaining vodka. Seal. Shake to blend. Let stand 4 days to mellow. Strain. Return vodka to bottle. Freeze overnight. Serve in chilled glasses.
