candy corn cocktail

|2 oz||orange liqueur|
|juice of 1/2 lemon|
|2 tsp||meringue powder|
|4 oz||candy corn infused vodka|
|1 c||candy corn|
This recipe called for raw egg which I don't like to use in a drink so I substituted the meringue powder. I added the pineapple to the infused vodka to tone down the sweetness of the candy corn. Halloween is right around the corner, just in time for this drink. Yes, it does take awhile to infuse the vodka but it is worth it. You can double the recipe, heck, you can make as much as you want!
