pinch tips: How to Chill a Drink in 2 Minutes




1 oz. white rum
1/2 oz. dark crème de cacao
1/4 oz. crème de menthe
1 scoop chocolate ice cream
chocolate shavings, to decorate

Directions Step-By-Step

Put the rum, crème de cacao ,crème de menthe, and ice cream in a blender. Blend for a few seconds on low speed until smooth and well mixed. Pour drink into a champagne flute. Decorate with chocolate shavings and serve at once. Serves 1
